Mac, since you bought this leaflet and you have the name of the company, maybe you could call them and they will help. In the last two months I have had to call Dimensions and another company that I can't remember the name right now. One was missing a key and the other the design itself. Each of them mailed what I requested the day I called. (Both times it was my fault.} Good luck. Pam
