Your English is not American English.

Since we're asking, I'd like to know what country you were raised in. From your mention of nuns, I've been guess in Spain or Italy.

Or Cuba, the Phillipines, a lot of Southeast Asia...nuns everywhere!

Well Miss toosh2000: We all have become more aquainted on this site than just information and assistance. You apparently haven't been keeping up with the chats in the last couple of months. We share more than just stitching information. We share our lives as well.

We'll let you slip this one on by toosh2000, but if you don't like the personal chatter, etc, etc....

We are all from different states, countries and been so many on holidays, and work and we share our travels with each other. There are several of us here that are from the US and been to Europe (Germany) and we share our experiences (of stitching and life). I myself am Korean. So don't judge.

Miss toosh2000 we do more than stitching questions here. As jclifford says we also get to know people and their lives. it is interesting to learn about others. We are from all over the world. You would not like the quilting chat room I am also on for sure. On that chat room we have different category links on the chat room, but the most popular link is where we basically discuss what we are doing, our families, who's is sick and needs prayers. We post there every day and many of us have gotten together and met. We are from all over the world there also. I love it.

Misstoosh2000 if you don't care for our chats here then I guess this is not the chat room for you. Of our messages here 85% of them are about cross stitching.

Yikes! Pretty judgemental and insensitive! I apologize if I have offended anyone by my comment. I am pretty new to this site...just came across it a few weeks ago when I placed an order on the website and started reading some of the comments. When it was asked what country someone was from, I mistook the intention of their comment as if they were possibly questioning their grammar. My intention was to defend everyone's right to comment regardless of their skill in the most difficult language that is English.

This site is a wonderful way to communicate with people from all over (I'm Canadian) and I certainly was not criticizing in any way.
