Cross Stitch Gauge

The Gauge is made out of excellent material easy to read and stiffness that is really great. However it is marked out by inches but Crosstitch in is done by counts of ten why aren’t 10s mark on the ruler it definitely was not designed by someone who does cross stitching. For example if my material is 18 count per inch and I want to move to a spot 30 places over where would that be on the guage? I can go to 1 inch and then coming out 12 more and I would have my 30 or I can go to 2 inches for 36 and Move back 6 and I have a 30. or on decent guage I would look at three blocks of 10 and I have my 30. Your old gauges several years ago did have that marked out in Ten’s and it was the best tool I just needed a new one but this one could’ve been superior to the old one if it was Mark in Tim’s otherwise it’s a nearly a total waste for cross stitching.
