I tracked my package and it states it is out for delivery but there are no further updates. What's up?
USPS tracking is normally updated daily, however there have been cases where a package has not been scanned and tracking was not updated. We recommend that you check tracking again at a later time and you should see a location for where your package is.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! We can send your order anywhere in the world. A common follow up question is how long it takes. That can be a little hard to answer because it is different for most countries We ship from our offices in the United States, so shippments to Canada will arrive quicker than those going to Japan. You can always track your order from the Order History section of your account. We normally state that international orders can take between 10-20 business days, but it depends on the destination.
What shipping options do I have?
We offer First Class and Priority Shipping via the United States Postal Office. First class shipping delivery can take anywhere between 7-10 business days where Priority Mail can take 3-5 business days to reach you. We also offer UPS Ground shipping. For destinations outside the U.S., we offer First Class International shipping, Priority Mail International shipping and Priority Mail Express International. Shipping costs are determined by package weight and destination and will be given to you during checkout
When will my backordered Item(s) ship?
Backordered items arrive to us every day from our distributors. As soon as your backordered item arrives, your item will be shipped to you the same day. If your backordered item(s) reaches 30 days old, this will automatically be cancelled and refunded to you.
