Joyful Fieldsa Cross Stitch Pattern by Erica Michaels Designs

These striking tree motifs are featured on a 1796 sampler of the Ten Commandments, and I've transplanted' them into a delightful little woodland tableau. The larger sampler is closer to the antique featuring verses from Psalm 96 incorporated into the design: Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein; then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice. The smaller model is a great outtake' for a smaller sampler, stitched on a soft gray-green linen - both options are lovely!

Large Sampler is stitched on 36 ct Fog from Picture this Plus using Belle Soie and Gloriana threads. Stitch count is 193 x 198. Finished size is 10.7" x 11".**We will not list the supplies for the large verison of this design.

Small Sampler is stitched on 36 ct Smokey Quartz from Fiber on a Whim using Classic Colorworks and Weeks Dye Works floss. Stitch count is 193 x 96. Finished size is 10.7" x 5.3".***Our supply list will show supplies for the small sampler. We do not have the 36Ct Smokey Quartz so a similar fabric has been added.
