how do i order this - not clear to me

stocking size
somewhat confused. If we are working on 18 count linen over two threads the size would be 12+ x 18+. why is it stating 6.4x9.2? I have made more than 12 of these stockings and none are that small.
It has been at least 3 years since I have worked on one and I am not sure of my thinking. Please get back to me so i can place this order correctly.
