Summers At The Beacha Cross Stitch Pattern by Finally a Farmgirl Designs

Note from the Designer: Growing up in Michigan, my family loved our winter visits to Nettles Island, Florida to visit my grandparents. Nettles Island is located on Hutchinson Island where the Intercoastal is on one side and the Atlantic Ocean is on the other. Knowing how much we all loved beach life, my family eventually relocated to Florida. My grandmother continued to live on Nettles Island every winter until she was 90 years old. It was so fun to be able to share my childhood memories with my own children. We had a travel trailer with bunk house we began taking to Nettles Island every summer once school ended. My inspiration for this design comes from these years spent creating beautiful memories carried from one generation to the next. Every detail in this design has a memory I cherish. Happy Stitching!
