This 18 count Aida fabric is manufactured by Wichelt Imports and is available in many colors. We cut the fabric from a 51” or 43" wide bolt, and make it available to you in multiple sizes.

Wichelt fabrics are imported from Europe. Current transportation delays combined with high order volume have resulted in some restocking delays. The biggest issue is the manufacturers can’t provide us with estimated availability dates.

A bit Stiff

Their fabric is stiff but lasts for very long projects. I taped the edges so they didn't fray of course. I have been working on the same piece for about a year and the fabric is still in great condition. Thanks :)

Great Quality Fabric

I spent over a week looking for the perfect Aida and I found it here. No where else had fabric large enough for my project. I am overjoyed to be able to get to work. The fabric is good quality and the creases from being folded for packaging come out easily with an iron. Next time I need a large quantity of fabric I will get it here.

Is the 18 count fabric true to size? Does it actually have 18 squares for every inch? I’ve bought 18 from a store and it only had 16 squares in every inch.

change cm to inches

This is my first time on a chart site, hope I don't come off sounding stupid. Does anyone out there know how to change centimeters to inches? The project I wish to do calls for 70.56w by 41.35h cm. on 18count aida. What size am I going to need in inches, 30 by 36 or what? Thanks for any help from anyone out there.

Train Christmas stocking

Hello I’m looking to use a glitter/sparkle Aida on my next project. I’ve not used it before so I’m excited to try it. Am looking at buying a large enough piece of fabric for a 14.2 x 25 inch project. That isn't including borders for framing. When I look at the pricing there are 2 that say by the yard. What is the difference?
