Of picking my ring of floss off of the floor…so 3m to the rescue! I tried reminding Olive that she is a retriever, and technically it is her job…but she doesn’t listen….

Good Wednesday morning everyone. Well, the results are in for Bryan. 0.8 cm squamous cell carcinoma. Basically stage 0-1 and on the surface. He has to go back to have the margins lasered and then he should be cancer free. Check-ups will be every 6 months for three years and then once a year for the rest of his life. Not bad news because this was caught early. Do not delay your visits to the dentist because our dentist caught this. Good news, I passed my annual wellness with flying colors and the doctor was very, very pleased with my 42 pound weight loss. BMI from 34 to 28 and 28 is within the normal range for a senior. I still would like to lose another 10 pounds, but this whole lifestyle change is a journey and one I will stay on for the rest of my life. Today will be mailing out the dragonfly and later I'm making beef vegetable soup. What a week so far! The key is to stay positive and remain grateful for the blessings one has in their life. I'd really like to just order this as a download, is that possible? The shipping prices are 2 or more times the cost of the pattern and just don't make sense

Good Tuesday morning everyone. Today is the day for the annual wellness and Bryan's check up. We'll be getting that out of the way early. I finished the dragonfly and soon it will be framed up and sent to my niece who cross stitches. She's done some beautiful work. I also told her about this site for cross stitching supplies and she's thrilled to have found this since no LNS store near her. I started the seed packet project yesterday from Crosstitcher Magazine and I'm loving it. Yes, another side trip and I keep putting off my two large WIP's. I'm just not feeling them right now. I'll get to them eventually. Have a terrific Tuesday with whatever you choose to do today.

Then they came and laid hands-on Jesus and arrested Him. 51 And behold, one of those who were with Jesus reached and drew his sword, and struck the slave of the high priest and cut off his ear. 52 Then Jesus said to him, "Put your sword back into his place; for all those who take up the sword will perish by the sword. 53 Or do you think that I cannot appeal to My Father, and He will at once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels? 54 How then would the Scriptures be fulfilled, which say that it must happen this way?" 55 At that Jesus said to the crowds, "Have you come out with swords and clubs to arrest Me as you would against a man inciting a revolt? Every day I used to sit within the temple grounds teaching, and you did not arrest Me. 56 But all this has taken place so that the Scriptures of the prophets will be fulfilled."
