Missed the monthly WIP, you know, life interrupted things. The reverse white on red is coming along - b5200 Etoile floss, mostly. The dog on is my 2nd of this pattern & will still need to do a 3rd but it is easy. The dental one for my dentist even tho I just paid him a buttload of $$, the little dragon is for my great-niece. Will be adding 2 baby announcements as soon as parents pick one out. Y'all have a good week 🤸🎱

Good Wednesday morning everyone. I finished my Americana piece yesterday and now just to get it framed and matted. I love how it turned out. It's in the comments section of this post. Now for the rest of the month I am going to focus solely on "Lady Seated at her Needlework". That one is long overdue to get finished. Our Italian beef sandwiches turned out delicious and they make great leftovers. Wishing you all a wonderful Wednesday!

Hello all. I have a chart from Cosford Rise. It’s called Easy Peckings. It calls for a floss CLC. I’m not familiar with this floss. Does anyone know where it can be purchased?

Hello! Was hoping someone with more knowledge could assist. I have a Lavender and Lace Angel of Dreams pattern. I’m not a linen fan and would like to substitute 16ct Aida for the Blue Spruce Belfast linen. I’ve looked at so many fabric colors my eyes are crossed 😆 I think I’m down to: Mystic color or Gothic color? Does anyone have thoughts, I want her to look like, well…like, an angel….😇 Thanks for any help! Kathy

Afternoon Everyone! Just had to stop in and say hi have been busy getting things ready for the garden and all the other things in life. Good Tuesday morning everyone. Yesterday I got defiant, wore my sherpa lined flannel shirt and stitched outside in spite of the cool weather. The fresh air felt so good! This morning we have a frost and glad I covered my tea roses last night. Global warming? LOL More like the return of the ice age. Today we're making Italian beef sandwiches and our grocery store is shaving off some beef fat that we make for the dipping juice. When Bryan called they know us and the guy said, "Italian beef sandwiches tonight!" So, another typical day in Northern Indiana. Have a terrific Tuesday!
