Good Monday morning everyone. The first day of summer is this Friday, but I'm ready to change my cross stitch projects around for the season. Got caught in the storm this afternoon. This little fawn took cover under the neighbor's truck parked in front of our house. My husband first noticed him when he looked out the window. I stood on the porch taking pictures during all the kabooms and downpours. In the 5th picture a gray car scared him as he was emerging, and he changed directions. He ran across the steet to another neighbor's yard. He turned left at the street and ran towards the nearby park. I just prayed he would exit safely and find his family soon.

Good Father's Day Sunday morning everyone. Wishing every father a good day. We are thinking of our fathers today. Making Bryan strawberry shortcake to go with our grilled hamburgers today.
