Good Friday morning everyone. Woke up to more thunderstorms and the humidity and heat will return. All the news is about the cases of cycloporiasis and no source for this has been identified. I never have used bagged salads, but to me it's concerning that by now a source of this outbreak hasn't been identified. What's next? Gas, right on schedule went up 30 cents after another attack on a ship in Iran. So, so predictable. I'm glad we limit our social media to an hour a day. In spite of all this we're going to have a fabulous Friday.

Good Thursday morning everyone. Yesterday was phone day - my son Stephen calling from New Mexico, my sister, and her other half-sister. I think the phone calls took the entire afternoon. I am not used to being on the phone like that and the day just slipped away from me! I did get to stitch "Grow Bold Beneath Moonlit Wings" and I took some artistic license with the colors I used instead of the chestnut brown the pattern recommends. Today is a short shopping day -- they have porterhouse steaks on sale for $13.49 a pound and I want to split one with Bryan for my birthday Sunday. Have a thankful Thursday and enjoy the day. P.S. Practice food safety - we live slightly south of all the food parasite cases in Michigan!

Good Wednesday morning everyone. Here we are in the middle of the week already. Yesterday was the perfect stitch outside kind of day. Lawn mowing is over and now we can enjoy the yard even more. Wishing everyone an excellent day and good rest of the week.

I have read comments that this aida cloth is not of great quality, very thin, and the chart for this stocking is difficult--black and white and many of the symbols are similar, making it hard to work with. Has anyone found this to be the case? thanks

Evening Everyone! I have been feeling under the weather the last few days because of the heat and humidity here, went to the doctor yesterday and her advice was lay low and keep drinking water. So I have just been laying around not doing anything at all not even stitching. Just want to give a quick update on me. Hope you all had a good 4th. Hugs Holly
