I'm stitching an old L&L design that requires Splendor Designer Collection threads from Rainbow Gallery. I can't find these threads and don't know where to look. Going to Rainbow Gallery gives me nothing. Are there substitutes for these threads? Any help is appreciated. Threads needed: S974, S1083, S1084, S1085, S1098, S1131. Thanks, Helen

Good Monday morning and a brand new week. Yesterday an old friend found me on FB and we spent time catching up. She moved back to Indiana because Florida was just too hot. Talked to my new found older sister yesterday, too. It's like all of a sudden me and Bryan aren't so much on our own anymore and it's nice! Stitching the border on the mermaid pattern and I decided not to back stitch the shells because quite honestly it looks terrible. I like the impressionistic quality without it. Today it still smells like smoke, but not as bad. Have a fantastic week!

Good Sunday morning everyone. Still enjoying the cooler weather, but the smoke from the Canadian wildfires is still an issue, with the air quality very poor. I don't remember these wildfires ever being an issue, but it has been for the last 3 years and I can tell it is affecting the plant life. A lot of people and farmers have been commenting on this. I know that there is always a wildfire season, but it seems that it's worse. So, our windows are shut and the air purifier is on until it clears out - if it ever clears out. Those are my thoughts this morning as I watch Bryan struggle to breathe. Have a good Sunday and we'll try to make the best of the situation.

Hello all friends. Here it su day afternoon sitting g outside the temp is 81 It's nice l as t week it was in the 100s so much nicer. Fresh air. I am wor,ING on my Christmas coasters my hubby needed help ,Friday night so eone hit our mailbox the wooden. Post with mailbox attached was broken off. I suggested duck tape ihear you ladies about duct tape but as of now it's working hence why I'm outside and cool breeze have a grand day
