Good Tuesday morning everyone. I actually heard birds singing this morning when I took the dogs outside a little while ago. It's been months since I've heard birds in the morning. So peaceful. Still adjusting to the time change, but I'll get there. Our do nothing day was perfect weather of 73 degrees and spent outdoors mostly. Cil, I loved your memes from yesterday. I know the feeling as I approach a milestone birthday in July. The big 7-0!..You guys are keeping my spirits up and I can't thank you enough!! Have a terrific Tuesday.

Can I use DMC floss to complete this picture and if so why is there no material needed list posted?

just a query I am probably right in thinking this but if a pattern says it is 300w x 276h stitches so (54.43w x 50.07h) and it's on 14cnt Aida is a 50 x 55cm would be too small wouldn't it as you have to take into account for framing etc.

I'm thinking of ordering a Les petites croix de Lucie pattern and wondering about the backstitching. It looks like just long stitches rather than individual stitches. Anyone done any of their patterns? cheryl

Good Monday morning everyone. Feeling a little hard to get started this morning due to the time change. Today is rest day after all the reorganizing we did while we had the nicer weather. Tomorrow is Bryan's CT scan of his neck and praying that goes well. His surgery the 16. Thursday my annual blood draw for wellness exam the 24th. With all that's on our plate this month today is a do absolutely nothing other than what's necessary day. Have a good week!

I just ordered some embroidery floss. They never said how long it might take to arrive. Does anyone know what is a typical wait time?

I am getting ready to start a new project and it calls for this thread. It is thicker than regular dmc threads. Has anyone used this thread on a project? I'm assuming I would only use a single thread but the pattern gives no imput on this. cheryl

Their remaining inventory is currently being sold off, and as far as we know, there will be no future production of new Dimensions designs or kits. Dimensions has been such a beloved name in the cross-stitch community for decades, and we’re truly saddened to see them go.
