Good Sunday morning everyone. Feeling a lot better today, but this "crud" is still lingering. We will finally get our weather cool off next Thursday. This heat and going in and out of air conditioning sure doesn't help. I say come on fall! I did stitch a little bit yesterday on "Meanie Weenies", but it was a lay low kind of day. Today I hope I feel much better. Have a restful Sunday!

Good Saturday morning everyone. Feeling a little better this morning and I'll be glad when this sore throat/achy/tired illness passes me by. I suppose it could have been worse and I should be grateful for that. Today it's back to "Meanie Weenies" and some Mrs. Grass soup. Also looking at the fall patterns on ECS. So many choices! I know at least a few of you are on business adventures so here's what I think that might help you: The three most important activities involved in business are staying hydrated, eating energizing food, and going to bed early. I borrowed that last one from Benjamin Franklin. A limp, lethargic, exhausted businesswoman is not going to be efficient and accurate.
