Good 4th of July eve Thursday morning everyone. The heat is back and it looks like it's going to be one of those summers. Our garden loves it. Bryan ordered me two octopus patterns, a Blackbird Design called "Octopus Garden" and a small one from Summerhouse Stitche Works called "Tales from the Sea". My birthday is the 12th so I hope to get them by then. Caught up on laundry yesterday so today is making our potato salad for tomorrow. Have a beautiful day!

Good Wednesday morning everyone. July is off to a good start and we finished our 4th of July shopping yesterday. It's going to be baby back ribs, which we haven't had in quite a while. I started stitching on "Meanie Weenies" and ordered cloth for "Halloweenies". I've wanted to do those patterns for awhile. Lately, I've wanted to do an octopus pattern. Not much else going on today, and that's fine with me. Have an excellent day.

While the pattern is adorable, and I'm halfway through the year, it will cost me for than $60 for this pattern by December. What a way to rip off your customers! Any other single pattern (by mail or download) would be less than $10. I would definitely re-think your approach to SAL next year.
