A Solution for Pulling Needle/Threads Through
Hi everyone. 👋🏽 I was struggling with pulling my needle and threads through the underside of previous stitches. So I remembered that I had some small curved pliers that I used for jewelry work years ago. It really works. Highly effective. So I am passing this along. I included a picture of the pliers on the post. I am sure you can get one in Hobby Lobby or Michael’s. You may be able to borrow one from DH, but you have to ensure that it is clean. 😉

" Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not your life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
Matthew 6:25-27 NIV

Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.
Proverbs 16:3 NIV
Prayer: We thank you, Father in heaven, for your loving concern for each of us. Amen.
FINISHED!
This was started back in mid-March and intended to be finished by July 4th. Just didn't happen. For The Love of Cross Stitch is the company and Susana Machado is the designer. I did it on 32 count linen although the pattern calls for one over one on 40 count.
Thank yous for help on this piece go to Pebbles who provided the right shade of DMC 712 when I was in a real spot with lot dyes not matching what I had half way through the project.
To Pam Steine who guessed right that some of my trouble with thread knotting was using too long of a piece of floss!
And thank you to Martzhere for the tip to try railroading to get my stitches straight and help eliminate knots. it worked!!
My DH is very pleased. He picked framing material out and intends to paint it navy blue, I'll post another pic when he has it finished.
