Good Tuesday morning everyone. The week is off to a good start and today is laundry day, which includes a lot of dog blankets. Dachshunds love to burrow because they were trained to go in tunnels after badgers. Made good progress on "Lady" yesterday, but that black...I think I'm going to pull out an Imaginating pattern called "Spring Cardinals", which has lots of cheerful colors. Hi, I’m working on this Patriotic Gnome, and after doing this part of the beard, realized that it looks brighter than the colors in the picture. I’m using the called for colors in the color key. I’m about to start the stripes. I’m just curious if anyone has done one of Les Petites Croix projects and if they had any questions about the colors. I’ll post a picture of the stripes soon.

Good Monday morning everyone and welcome to a brand new week. I hope it's more of a peaceful week, too. We need a break from all the negativity and now we are not only limiting device usage to an hour a day, but news to 15 minutes a day and not first thing in the morning. It is seriously for our mental health. We live in very trying and difficult times. Yesterday we ventured out to our favorite Italian bakery and were immersed in a protest of 400 people mourning the death of the woman shot by an ICE agent. They didn't seem to be mourning, but very, very angry. We didn't say a word, didn't know there was going to be a protest, and got our cannolis and left. After that, the decision was made to turn it off, turn it down, and focus on our lives and those who care about us. That's what's on my mind this Monday morning and knowing me, I'll stick with this. Have a great week ahead and listen to your inner self and what it needs.

I may need to order the pattern only for the last 10 eagles. I ordered 2. The first one I could not find a frame to fit. The second one , I got to finish the fourth page, cannot find the rest as I put it in a spot that I would not forget.POOR OLD MIND.
