Hey, Miss Pam! I made the cake yesterday. Very easy to do. Recipe said let it sit a day before eating………. We didn’t wait😂 It’s a good cake. Doesn’t fill the Bundt pan like you’d think. I made adjustments on the 3 tablespoons of cinnamon. I put 1 heaping teaspoon in the cake and only one tablespoon in the cinnamon and sugar that goes on afterwards. To my taste it was enough. Next time I will buy my apple cider from a farm stand. The Kroger pasteurized brand isn’t all that. The cake has a texture between a cake and a cake donut. It’s very good, not excellent, but very good.

Good Saturday morning everyone. The beautiful weather streak continues and we're enjoying every bit of it. I'll be working on "The Anniversary" and it looks like I'll be finished by the end of the month. The full coverage projects I have can wait until winter sets in. My sil is doing great. Her blood sugar is coming down not as quick as she'd like but coming down. Major change in the food has to read labels cholesterol sugar etc. They like fast food now that's out but once she gets in the routine it will be easier.
