Our supplies listing contains the DMC floss that is needed and the fabric option. You will still need the perforated paper and ribbon for this design. We sell Perforated Paper on our website and it's available in our fabric section on our website. We do not sell the ribbon so that would be separately purchased. We also do not sell the bunny button so it will not be listed in our supplies listing. You can search online for a button of your choosing to put there.
