Happy Easter Rabbita Cross Stitch Pattern by Les Petites Croix De Lucie

I have not stitched this one yet ; I am in the process of finishing another before devoting myself to the project. Love stitching the Petites Croix De Lucie patterns. Colors are beautiful.

I have never purchased a Les Petites Croix pattern or kit before and although I have not yet started to stitch, I know this will be my last one by this company. The pros - beautiful colours of floss and the graph, although divided into 4 parts, is very large. The cons - the graph is in colour and very dark. I like to make copies of the graphs & highlight the squares as I go. I photocopied this one and it was a bit tricky to get it right. Some of the symbols disappeared if you lightened the density on the copier. There is one symbol for a good portion of the teacup but when you look at the coloured graph, it seems as though there should be two different colours of green using that symbol. There is a lengthy list of DMC floss required in the back of the booklet but only gives the colour number and not the name of it. I prefer charts that give both, as it makes it easy to identify when sorting through the floss. I wish that this had been sold as a kit, as it may have been easier to prepare to stitch. It would have been nice if they provided a black and white graph as opposed to colour, it would have been easier to read. As stated, this is definitely not a pattern for anyone just starting out.
