From the designer: "I've selected some of the most memorable and meaningful phrases from our nation's founding document to be featured in this design. Since it is to commemorate the 250th anniversary of this world-changing piece of paper, I don't think my cousin Tom would mind."
A special stitching note on this one: The model was stitched as 2 over 2. To achieve a vintage look, half stitches were used instead of whole cross stitches on everything except the words, numbers, and the star in the middle between the two years. Feel free to follow this suggestion or use whole stitches on the entire piece.
Counted cross stitch pattern. Stitch count: 114w x 114h. Stitched on 32ct. Latte Country French Linen using DMC Floss. We have 16ct. Latte Country French Aida listed in our supplies listing. The sizing stays the same since the model is stitched on 32ct.
