Great pattern. I had to use a different fabric as the one recommended by the designer was no longer manufactured. This is a gift for my neighbor, who has never forgotten her Canada, which she left to follow her heart!

I was very disappointed in not being able to find the wheatstraw aida fabric recommended for this kit. I looked long and hard, starting with the Everything CrossStitch website and going through a long internet search. I finally settled for fiddler's cloth (18 count) but the end result will not look like the product pictured.

Has anyone done this O Canada design?
If anyone has done this, I'd like to know if you enjoyed it. Was it difficult! Do you think it would look better in 16 count? I would like to do it for my neighbor.
